About this neighbourhood

The parishes of Hedge End, West End and Botley make up the Hedge End North area. In recent years all three parishes have come together along with local community groups, including Kings Community Church, to provide a solid range of diversionary activities for young people to steer them away from anti-social behaviour. This has proved to be a great success and you related ASB has reduced as a result.

The area has many primary schools which feed into the largest secondary school in Hampshire, Wildern School. We have good relationships with all of our schools and run a Junior PCSO programme in which young people learn how to be responsible members of the public and how they can become a real PCSO!

The force responsible for policing and crime prevention in this area is Hampshire Constabulary.
